I think without waiting for Vector's AOTP bio, it'd be good if we use multiversal feats for the primes there since Fallen's bio explains it alot. He has repeatly been stated to combat Unicron and the strongest of the primes and this new line is using every media for the primes. We are not getting a storyline or a new lore for the Thirteen Primes I'm aware, it is just Optimus Prime the one getting a new lore.
The reason they are using the Convenant roster is mainly because they wanted to fit Optimus as a member of the thirteen.

I already reread IDW most and seems like they have solid Planet to Solar System level metas. Universal+ to Low Multiversal scales to Shockwave, D-Void, Matrix Optimus and Heart of Darkness Nova or POSSIBLY Stealth Bombertron I assume. I'm not sure on Unicron since it was said by the Talisman and Krieger iirc (or if i'm misremembering) that Unicron was about to end spacetime or smth??? plus iirc it was stated by Windblade that Unicron posed much threat as Regenesis Shockwave did (not sure, maybe @OtherGalaxy can help me out on this)
I don’t recall Windblade saying that, IDW Unicron’s feats certainly don’t line up with hat though. Jetfire’s very specific that Unicron was connected to and eating all the stars in the galaxy

Once upon a time, before the beginning of time, there was a single entity, and this entity later formed two other beings, Primus and Unicron.
This is the fundamental uncertainty that caused them to be separated in every way, mentally, spiritually and physically, due to different opinions about the universe itself, Unicron and Primus altered reality and their bodies due to the projected reality each had in their minds.
Unicron and Primus were completely equal in power to each other, Unicron is the eye of the storm that destroys planets and absorbs the sun. Each meal increases Unicron's power.
Primus created thirteen Primes, giving them equal strength and various abilities to oppose Unicron as a sum, the Covenant Book representing a pure information state in which all points of space and time in the universe are recorded, the thirteen themselves were also beyond the duality of Primus and Unicron and could be in all possible states or not be them.
Primus will likely also have all the abilities of the thirteen since he granted these abilities to them, Vector Prime can manipulate space and time and also the fabric of physical reality, creating and correcting paradoxes, and creating pocket dimensions.
Onyx Prime could spiritually travel through time and space, thanks to the Triptych Mask he could even see different places and times and events real and unreal, and even hidden areas of death where sparks go after the death of transformers.
Unicron also cannot be killed by thirteen, since this would destroy not only Unicron himself, but also Primus and everyone.
Primus also tried to absorb Unicron back into that state in the past, but he refused.

The thirteen's plan is to put Unicron's spark into an infinite loop where he will be unable to perceive the flow of time, causing his spark to be frozen in a state of suspended time.
Unicron destroys the moon down to its core with his bare hands.
Unicron's aura was so powerful that even the thirteen were not prepared for such a simple defense that decomposed their armor, He also withstands a shot from the Requiem Blaster and blows from the Star Saber, although the latter can leave wounds on his body.
Thirteen is able to dodge a missile and Unicron's eye beams, Onyx also survived when Unicron's massive hand squeezed him.
Thirteen and Megatronus have the agility and reflexes to dodge all of Unicron's attacks and missiles while maneuvering around him.
Just being in the interior of Unicron is enough to nearly physically and mentally break beings of the Thirteen level.

Vector Prime creates the Realm of the Primes which is beyond the scopes of spacetime and transcends dimensionality seeing as Vector passes through it's dimensionality through the Blades of Time (and we know he used it to pass through the realm aswell)
