My best aanwer to this is that I don't associate Reloaded with risk taking. Not saying it's impossible for him as he can be quite bold at time but this would be a departure for him.

I've never seen a 1x tracker claim and it be legit. To me that either screams, "I'm hiding another ability" or "I'm actually shot less and lying"

1x tracker is a perfectly valid claim in itself and can exist just fine? You lack full role info day 1 to figure out the setup spec here to make the call that the claim is actually valid or not
