I read that role and believe what is says and make a CC last term based on it

Fuji reads that and edits my role

I read the edit and feel like an idiot

Next day I try to use ability on Melkor

Fuji says its night only, he priory posted this was usable at night but I misinterpreted that as to mean it is also useable at night rather than night only

Fuji clarifies this later

I badger him on wording, and presumably because Fuji is a bro and the result is literally nothing he told me that "Yeah Melkor didn't visit anything last night"

The important part is if you clarify with Fuji if you would receive the same results if Melkor was blocked.
