I badgered fuji into actually explaining the results and ability as he intended to me, and fuji decided to just explain it slowly to me to stop me from annoying him

Next day I try to use ability on Melkor

Fuji says its night only, he priory posted this was usable at night but I misinterpreted that as to mean it is also useable at night rather than night only

The important part is if you clarify with Fuji if you would receive the same results if Melkor was blocked.
