I think his day 2 entry with Gad looks good though? How do you view that string of posts where he thought he Gad could be clear?

I think those posts about clearing Gad off his result seem townie but it strikes me as odd he seemed to imply he didn't think there was a scum faction and then when questioned said he didn't think there was an SK

So I'm wondering if his rationale here was to try and clear him as "not SK" as scum in a way that looked helpful

It seems a tad excessive. I haven't seen him act entirely scum yet, mostly just his typical self. I would have saved the duel for another day when we had a flip and more time to evaluate the tells of the other players.

I didn't know there was a scum faction when I did it. The census wasn't posted until D2.

These feel a little more authentic but his perspective doesn't make much sense, but he is a newbie player

Not a fan of a lot of their early posts - mostly feels like they're trying to act towny by asking pointless questions and focusing on LHF (you).

The very strong reaction to a single vote on them is... not great, especially when the reasoning for the vote was laid out very clearly.

I agree with a lot of their wolfreads, but that could easily be antispew or them laying the groundwork for bussing. They feel scummy, but I'm not sure I'd vote for them over you yet.

For the sake of town having correct info - I'm a roleblocker. I targeted Nutmeg N1, since I thought they were acting scummy and wanted to avoid targeting another PR, and you last night. So Melkor could have been RBd by another RBer.

Did Ali/Nutmeg claim or even hint Day 1?

I don't see why Star would avoid targeting them as their only named suspect, and why Nut was considered safe

My pov is purely that I am not sure, if Cata would really think of that angle as scum? It is so odd and out there and from what I was told of Cata in the prior game, he shows a lot of RME and can't post as scum. That angle he took there would actually really be surprising because it seems to genuine and weird

That's what I've been waiting on. We're going to believe someone who claims something, but they won't say why? I'm all for lynching someone when evidence justifies it, but I learned in my first game to be more cautious on jumping the gun blindly.

Stuff like this for example, where he makes a big show out of being a prim-and-proper-townie

It wasn't aggressive. I answered the question honestly. The beginning of this week has been busy for me.

Also quite a few posts from here where he gets annoyed at being suspected and appeals to being at work, uses a similar defense in that game too

Didn't provide useful information in context or without, nobody was really going after Gad, mostly serves to prove his role exists

I think in my pov what made it difference is that I can discern less reason in Cata's claim? Like he claimed a role that should not work that way and came in gunblazing. It feels so stupid and out there, that I ruled it as twtbaw at the time.

Cata should still elaborate what his role actually does because he is right now claiming a shot rb when it should not be a rb.


Reloaded's claim is in a similar vein sure, but I think the execution differs
