And that town would have a different protective (like Jailer). He had already claimed doctor so he would have to claim going somewhere and could have just made his action consistent with that.
Or he could just be doctor. Saber's behavior really really doesn't seem suggestive of him being town though. Like Saber says nothing for 2 days and then targets me without posting...why. Can't really answer that question but it's hard to look past.
