Gridman after being defeated by Alexis would be around town level and hypersonic (possibly higher, but if there's any scaling I'm not sure).

Full-power Gridman was able to fight Alexis (or at least hold his own, as Alexis is strong enough to break Gridman apart; I'll need to look into the scaling more).

Classic Gridman is universal/multiversal and Gridman Universe and Rogue Kaiser Gridman are both multiversal (over countless universes) so they should all win easily.
