Tldr I think Ekko was instigating Luka to push for Poyser and he was using it as a crutch instead of going for Poyser himself.

Gad has been mostly fluffing and I can see him being teamed with Ekko.

Gad shades his team as scum a lot and when I pressured him he was using going after Ekko as a reason why he should be Town read which looked a bit like pre flipping.
