I think the cop part of your claim is unlikely to be attached to a scum fake (I also think depending on what else there is it could explain why scum might go for a miller claim with the N3 condition)
IRT Prof's claim, I want to say that as scum, I think he would know how his claim would come across. He's couched his reason for claiming as an effort to get the town focused, rather than in defence, and I think he'd be more into appealing off the back of it. I don't know how accurate all of these assumptions will be but I don't really want to lynch there today.
