No, in my experience it's usually the opposite, in that you need to kill all the Cult. In the heavier SRM unculting exists too.

meaning u could be faking and not really a reason i can clear u completely from cult leader spec, miller claim though would put unwanted attention to yourself and could see it as less likely from a cult leader, no idea why you didn't just say that instead?
