Yo I just had an idea
It seems like some people really want to play mafia seriously and some people really don’t so instead of just having one big mafia section we should split it up into 2 different modes with 2 different sets of goals and expectations
The first mode would be “for fun” mafia and the second mode would be called “for glory” mafia
In for fun the people are there to just have a fun time, maybe do some trolling and some ate, etc. some games might contain a little alcohol but think of it like you’re just having a fun time with your friends at a party playing a little mafia
And in for glory it’s all serious mafia players who want high level competition and no nonsense. Think of this as mafia for the purists. We could even do a ranking system where people could compare themselves and compete for who is the best one here
I really think there should be some sort of delineation between the sections cuz otherwise you’ll end up with ppl who have the wrong expectations for their section. This would prevent scrubs joining ranked games and crying about everyone being too serious, or sweats joining a for fun game and complaining that it’s not serious enough

Maybe In hindsight I shouldve made prof killable in final 4 I guess but lets not act like Prof was this menace to the game when Sparkles could deal with him, he was lynchable, when kills on him stop him from doing anything,etc.

Then you should’ve spoken up about it. Quite frankly when I see the first message in scum chat along the lines of “oh we’re getting fucking lethal” it doesn’t fill anyone with optimism. It’s ok, I just won’t sub next time. You can have magic going awol or get fang.
If they lynched cult this phase or the phase before or the phase before that Mango or Lethal couldve won.

My point is about the magnitude of response. Even if you're justified to complain, stuff like players chortling sarcastically in dead chat about how he's faking when he subbed out etc. isn't a great look.

I’m going to shoot down that notion that I whined.
I told Luka that me not making jokes was NAI toward the end of one day when he was 1 away from hammer at the time.
And the very last cycle I lost my cool in my argument with Mango a little bit.
I really don’t believe I was playing some heavily AtE reliant game. I was doing my best to lock in around it and keep my general temperament as a background issue.
I apologize for any leaks that did happen but I don’t believe I whined my way through this game.
