my favorite scenarios would be either the Wano locals managing to stay independent on their own or the WG actually annexing it

introducing this whole subplot of the WG wanting to annex Wano seems kinda pointless if Shanks just stops them before they can do anything
 
Wano will get its happy ending then it will have to be the wano locals with monosuke leading them that stops the wg
 
Probably BM and her crew since they also want Nico Robin it's a perfect setup for SH to get away and let BM either job there or get jobber later on by some outside powerhouse
