it is the equivalent of lion becoming loin.
but it is with the entire word, resulting in an entire displacement of the word

"my glass of water is next to the coke on the desk" becomes
"my glass of coke is next to the water on the desk"
imagine they're both on the table in front of you. you turn around for a moment and have a vision in your mind and recall it 'backwards'

"my role is watcher while X's role is role tracker" becomes
"my role is role tracker while X's role is watcher"
(as an example)

best i can do

it's not really something i can explain and can be understood unless you've lived it i think. most brains are pretty straightforward and to the point so these word recall mishaps just don't happen for most people
