Well it's worth noting my final posts of D1 were sussing lethal so it does feel a bit convenient for Poyser to go there start of D2 lolPoyser? I wouldn't say I'm certain he's scum, but we got 3 strong players out here agreeing that he hasn't looked great d1 and I've had my reservations about him as well. He's got his spells of genuine looking solving but then there's also sudden town reads on players that I consider easily pocketable. He's explained most of those and the explanations look decent enough but this is Poyser, he's not gonna come up with clearly bullshit reasons for his reads. Also yeah Lethal might be scum but Poyser coming out today and having Lethal as his preferred direction is something that's more in his wheelhouse as predatory scum imo.
There's also been phases where I think he felt uncertain with how to progress with his detractors. I'm almost certain that he must have insinuated that all of CP, Gram and Ratchet are scum at some point, could be wrong on that though.

Actually, on revision this kind of sticks out straight away. FTR I was town reading lethal because I liked that despite arriving to the game incredibly late, when he got here, he just got on with trying to catch up and providing thoughts on stuff that happened and providing reads with no histrionics. This would generally be indicative of town lethal, but I do think he's actually done better at this recently when he's been scum, and I also think if he were scum with someone that knew his game well (such as a gram), then he would have been told that hey, when you show up you need to provide thoughts and catch up and most importantly, vote, because otherwise people are just going to want to lynch you.
Anyway as for why this sticks out is because it seems very unnatural for the Lethal that I know. If he read Fang as town that's one thing, but he states here that he doesn't and yet he's very SOFT on him. For one, he has no appetite to vote for him (and fang was very much the most viable lynch at this point) and 2, he shows no appetite to punch down to Fang at all. In fact, he actually indulges Fang's theory about him being wagoned out of spite! If there's one thing about Lethal, its that he LOVES to punch down to people he considers lower than him on the totem pole, and Fang specifically, is a favourite of Lethal. The biggest red flag here, is fang said he'd only claim his animal, and lethal just accepts it and says it would be kind of him to claim his animal at least lmao. That is so un-lethal it's not even funny. Town lethal here would love joining a lynch on fang esp if he doesnt town read him, he'd love talking shit to fang and most importantly, he'd love getting on his soap box about 1) fang making pity posts accusing people of voting him out of spite and 2) the fact that fang was implying he wouldn't be claiming a role. He wouldn't accept either of those things, ever.

Matter of fact I wouldn't stand in the way of lynching him. Gotta be honest I don't know if I woulda pulled the trigger on him yesterday even if I had been around, chances are I woulda pussied out anyway.

i dont agree ratchet, because them defending posyer means they are going against you, cp, and gram, unless you think for some reason poyser scares them more than the 3 of you combined, which is pretty meme at this point, this logic doesnt track with what a weak scum wud be thinking of
it doesnt take a strong scum to realize that poyser's wagon was a freebie and all they needed is vote on it given you guys are taking credit for it anyway

a better argument wud be that poyser is teammate with one of them, but a poyser town flip likely means everyone standing up for him is likely town
i find it jarring that in a posyer town world you look sooner to scum read the people defending him for flimsy/gut reasons than the masses of stronger players brute force pushing him, and i find it more troubling that you consider the former scenario over one where fang/ral/watson are simply openly defending the scum leader poyser because losing him is a big disaster for the team in general

Your position seems to be that the entire scum team would be throwing themselves at Poyser to lynch him Day 1? I don't really see that as likely. Moreover, I naturally don't have much issue with people who had similar thoughts as I did.

there is this part too, the game was split into those who scum read posyer vs those who town read him. there werent really anyone null reading him. if you think he is likely scum and his teammates arent the weaker players defending him, then why do you want a claim from ral instead of... cp or gram for instance?
One thing I can concede is that scum would want to lynch Poyser before Gad, because Gad will always be there as a viable mislynch. Which I do accept, but really, beyond like Lethal maybe, not many votes fit the bill for that to me. At a stretch Tempest if I really go looking into it. Sky I think too, but they killed her so...

Watson and fang both read me as town really early in the game in fact. Fang was even against my lynch when he was my counterwagon lol. Ral was one that arrived at me being town later when my wagon was near its zenith so I can give you that one but the others don’t really seem like you’ve thought it through

Even now, you misrepresent me. You frame the Watson thing as if that's the only reason I could want to lynch you, and not, you know, to solve the Day 1 wagons which would be pretty informative given that they were split down the middle. That's not the sole reason to lynch you, of course, but you can't just discredit that basis because it's not convenient.
What I will say in your favour is I think some of your arguments have come from a position of ego from you. First in how you play scum and what you would or wouldn't do, and second in your anger towards Tweet today. Which I would typically expect from town. So while I would like your lynch to get the full picture of yesterday, I'm happy to step back and re-evaluate you. If you have an issue with this, then I'm sorry but I don't have anything else to say about it, that's as transparent as I can be with my thought process.
