Not to mention I’m talking about your initial read. Even if you were town reading him early by the time you made your list later he was null.

I didn't evolve or change my read on Melkor because his entire posting style is NAI. I think I've made this pretty abundantly clear multiple times now and most people who play here with him will acknowledge it. Was keeping him as a null read a bit conservative and playing safe on my end? Yes.

Do I regret it? No.

I didn't backtrack either way because I never hard committed to defending him. I only gave my input about how Ultra was punching down on a easy player and then questioning Poyser why he went from leaning town to being open to lynching Melkor.
 
If someone is null, then they do something that looks bad enough to regret defending them to the point you need to take it back, and they’re still being read the same as before, that’s weird

And even assuming it does, then it would contradict your earlier accusation, from your own words that you claimed that I never evolved or changed my view on Melkor in lieu of his more recent posts and play, when an ISO of that very post indicates that I did.

So which is it?

Do you think its out of character to vote a player I consistently never town read?
Do you think its out of character to vote a player who I had as a null and snowballed by their own hand into digging their own grave?

If someone is a null that means I can be perfectly fine voting or not voting them.

I’m saying you display what should lead to progression but then the progression for some reason didn’t happen.

I’m saying nothing about your later vote. I’m pointing to a weird lack of progression when you showed signs of progression that then disappeared

There is a progression however.

Acting like you don't see it when it clearly evolved and changed with Melkor's actions and responses which you acknowledge to now contradicting yourself by claiming it makes little sense why I changed my stance is a bit on the nose there, buddy.
