Right, but I'm not doing it because I think this time it's going to work, I'm doing it because I am at least in co trol of my own positions. Basically, I won't be giving Aurelian any sort of benefit of the doubt - he can either defend his assertions, or he can join the PoE fodder. The key part here is I've never said to treat him like any worse than PoE fodder, precisely for this reason. I don't actually town read him, so I think that's fair. Flower I don't think is immune to reason, my goal there is to encourage her to defend herself properly instead of either lashing or or shutting down. Day 1 I had some reservations with her play, and I don't think she is entirely inept as scum, but more importantly, I thought that maybe Poyser could he coaching her. With Poyser dying, that no longer is relevant.

Ya this is all fair and all but as scum you can use it as building blocks to push them down the line if you're alive and I'd you're not alive they can be used as a way to say you were sus of them without ever pushing them.

I’m undecided on him, some of his stubbornness and reactions look town to me though. But also, this is with the caveat that I’m interpreted them somewhat of a bad faith town player who is stubborn, hypocritical, and swayed heavily by emotion (and trying to act like they aren’t).

I don’t really have a basis for that but it’s kind of just how they come across as that brand of person from the way they word their posts and talk.

Wouldn’t defend their lynch for sure. Just not sold they’re scum.

I think they make themselves almost look too bad to be scum though in some ways with how bad they position themselves around people.

Its not relevant to OLF Malia. I don't rank nor invest remotely as much of my time playing there as I do here and I'm waiting for a game where I coasted or ghosted through here.

What sort of argument is this? He would be getting you to hit notes of your town game, while you not completely hitting them, which you explained away as changing your play style. I would have no idea when he showed up, what he told you in private, or indeed whether you were as dependent on him as you were in that game.
