Nope. Unless you want to argue that the brief period of time I contemplated you being tiwn in this game counts, you haven't even come close. You have a better argument if you want to say I'm not "Tier 1", because every time you've been scum in a game I've played, I've been onto you. Even Fallout New Vegas.
