If melkor is scum, then they are at the point where they will get bussed here. Like not a lot of pushback to that wagon at all. Would look at people who changed their progression or just kinda joined the Melkor wagon with weird reasoning.
Watson being defeatist aligning with a prior scum game is definetely something. Did Watson ever display this behavior on a town rand too?

I’m sure he’s claimed whatever his actual fake claim is.
And while I’d guess he’s more likely to be closer to a roletracker, he could well be a motion detector straight up. It’s not useful for mafia really but the fact that you’re questioning that is itself a use for mafia.
And Gram is in general not going to make the game easy to solve via that kind of spec from what I know about him.

She has yeah. I’ve seen it in her most recent town game and her most recent scum game I’ve seen from her. I think she’s more prone to it as scum but she can def get there as town. The difference is last time as town she was able to will herself to into trying to do more stuff than here. (Also I think her general play just looks more like Scum Watson outside of that. Main hang up would be that she hit the thread shit posting and making jokes which isn’t much)

Because some claims do mater
Mostly to see if the person you’re trying to lynch is a big power role lol, but also you can start shaping up the picture of the game. Obviously with it being ranked, it’s going to be at least decently balanced so you can still speculate on it
But in a bubble, a claim like motion detector doesn’t tell you anything. It could mean something later on in the game when you have loads of other claims
