And secondly, for all intents and purposes, the physical Universe + the Phases is a multiverse.

I’ll actually be fine with it. It’s not the idea of Yhwach or whatever other character being that strong that ever bothered me. It’s the insane amount of reaching or even outright lying the fanbase has been resorting to for years now to try to elevate Bleach to that level without any actual feats ever demonstrated in the series that even come close.
If we finally get something concrete like Yhwach really affecting the entire universe in some way, so be it. I don’t see the issue at that point
