Omegamon X is his equal and his attack is literally called "ALL DELETE" and it does exactly what it says on the tin. :mjpls

Magnamon is unironically more than enough.

A better/actual reality warper in 02 Cherubimon couldn't warp the Angel Ultimates who basically conceeded inferiority to Magnamon (he and Gold Rapidmon were their tump card). Cherubimon had to resort to physical attacks against the Angels, much less Magnamon.

The canonical weakest Royal Knight would take the Bleach verse out the back of the woodshed for a morning workout, much less Alphamon.

Almighty to just make the damage happen spontaneously through future causality altering.

Current Accel though can just rip all his spiritual power right out of him.

Draining him is another hard counter since Yhwach is a literal parasite that regularly needs to feed on souls. Without them, he loses his powers and is rendered deaf, blind, mute, etc.
