Gonna put it into spoilers because yeah, it happens throughout the movie but it's a major deal

Basically what happened to him in the previous movie? It actually affected him HARD, he barely appears and practically needs help to even kill someone in general and while he ultimately does take alot to die even then, he still gets fucked up pretty easily, all things considered. They even completely removed the mystique and he really is just a mortal man who can take alot of abuse... but that's it.
 
The worst part is that even if they do composite to make Michael stronger it just makes the stomp that much worse
 
Jason also has the benefit of being part of a more ridiculous franchise. Every Michael/Halloween canon exists in a closer to realistic setting, Friday exists in a more self-aware hyper reality that gives more leeway to crazy feats. He also canonically exists in a shared universes with the Nightmare movies and the 2nd/3rd Evil Dead films which are all practically borderline cartoons. Then there’s the comics too. Plus the fact that Jason has actual experience fighting supernatural entities, has killed with a larger range of weapons and even has expert marksmanship with crossbows and his normal killing tool (a machete) has a much longer range than a chef knife.

Hell its an even bigger stomp because Regular Jason was able to hold his own against fucking Jason X for a while before he died. Michael is getting fucking neg diffed
 
The only way Michael wins is if you composite him and make him only go against Ft13 2-4 Jason without any spinoffs
