Please post here if you are experiencing any site performance issues on this forum; you can also report errors that you see throughout the forum such as one that happened earlier today with posting, but that seems to be resolved for the most part.

All comments and posts unrelated to this topic will be deleted, so please, only serious reports are allowed in this thread.

can't see the shoutbox on mobile anymore for some reason, tried a few skins too and nothing different. doesn't change anything when i view the desktop version either but i was able to see on my computer earlier. tried viewing the actual shoutbox page itself too.

anyone else experiencing this or is it something on my end?

if you can still see the top bar where it says "shoutbox" check to see if there's a + on the right, and click on it if there is

We have had an error awhile ago that has honestly gotten worse and worse...

Basically, for some reason, if people link a post but the other person is using a different page limiter than someone else, the post never ever goes to what you actually linked to despite how it should work(i.e. If I link to a post to someone, it won't go to that post as I have a 50 page limit vs. someone who would have anything else but 50 pages).

This is even beginning to happen to threadmarks as they will straight up won't link to the post either despite how it should work.

That's by design from the add-on developer, so the alternative would be to use the share button to the left of the bookmark icon.

This link should lead to my post above (#7).

You can see it being addressed by another addon purchaser here: https://xenforo.com/community/threa...nversations-per-page-paid.161015/post-1677037

In a nutshell, when another user opens the link to a post that you shared, their custom page limiter will be considered first. Then, they will be directed to the page where the post is supposed to be when the page limit settings are set to the default.

As for Threadmarks, there's nothing we can do about that either. The only options we have are to increase the posts-per-page size for everyone or simply remove the add-on altogether or both :(
