oh yeah i remember this clip came up a lot in that elden ring thread and i didnt really see what was so impressive speedwise. It didn’t look like they cleared that big of a distance in what appeared to be over a minute span? am i missing something?

I don't see any reason they wouldn't work, though the original book and film versions are too limited to really achieve much.

Even if they have the Cursed Child version, they need to survive long enough to use it which, if they've encountered someone strong enough to where it is their only option against them, they aren't going to.

Funny, because the notable things like slashing biologically generated demon lightning and slashing 10,000 fish projectiles with a difficult to determine number of slashes before the guy could fall about a meter are the only feats approaching hypersonic to some modest degree of potential double digits

The bullet timing is all garbage due to distance compared to how much they move. The sound comparisons just make them comfortably supersonic.

Naturally, it sounds like they fixate on the bullet timing, which is hilarious.

I say this as an avid Harry Potter reader in the past, their hax is extremely mid as @Terry stated. You can literally no sell a good chunk of Curses by just having more willpower or if the user isn't pissed off/angry enough(This is why Harry using a Crucio on Bellatrix when she not only killed Sirius but then talked shit to him point blank, barely did jacksquat). Avada Kevra is the only spell worth a shit and it's not instantenous and it only just makes you die but does nothing else and you can literally move away from it or have cover against it(Even if chunks get blown away).

The rest of their Hax/Versatility is either extremely pathetic or very mid(Apparation can literally get ganked mid-usage, that's why Dobby died in Deathly Hallows)

Pre-DBS Dragonball has better hax and variety of it than HP does by a mile, and for a series that's known for keeping shit extremely simple most of the time, relegating to punches, kicks and energy blasts, that should tell you something about the HP verse's 'magic'.
