I have an Archive that goes over each of the Lostbelts. It may not be perfect but I went over currently 4 of them including almost being finished with Atlantis(And I plan on doing further updates on certain Servants). You have no excuse of atleast looking them over. @CrossTheHorizon tried to bullshit an explanation and it didn't work for him, it definitely doesn't work for either of you.
EDIT: At the very least, bring up Nehza who was with Chaldeas in that Lostbelt and was the crux to defeat Xiang Yu and you would get somewhere as she's supposed to be Karna-tier(or close to it).

That's actually difficult to say because it depends on what you mean by "Up and Up".
I was more rambling at Tablos specifically but I only brought it up otherwise because I'd rather people not miss info that can easily be found in the site. Last thing I need is for SB lurkers to start using the info said here to downplay even harder by trying to go "Well Xiang Yu blocked it" despite his dialogue and his actions say otherwise or for people to try and downplay LB3 by "Mordred can just blow everyone up" when she can't because the main obstacles are beyond her in power and scope(She doesn't have a Divine Construct and CBA is just her Mana Burst being amplified by Clarent, it's strong but it's not anywhere close to the level of any real heavy duty Noble Phantasm).
Sites with mostly legit posters that know their stuff basically
Well every site tends to have atleast 2-3 posters that know their shit but it tends to be in just one area(Spacebattles tend to throw them out though at an insane rate).
The closest I can think of is unironically Versus Battle Wiki as long as you take their bullshit ranking and jargon out of it. Reddit in the right places can also fit well with that but it's extremely tight.
Other than that? I'm out of ideas.

Qin Shi Huang on the basis of being best Lostbelt ruler 🗿 On serious note, anything before Surtr is just unremarkable and even then QSH has a ways to deal with him.

I can only make an educated guess but it's most likely due to the fact it's the most "peaceful" of the Lostbelts and comes off as the most "military focused". The problem with that comes with the fact that the civilians are never taught anything more but to work and kiss QSH's ass, anyone with creativity lives in QSH's city to kiss his ass further and his "army" is full of people who can easily turn against him and/or fuck his shit up.
QSH himself is a complacent idiot who believes his Great Wall can stop Alien Threats(Fucking LOL at that considering Sefar is the equivalent of a decent grunt to Velber) and while his Holy Form is strong, it can be defeated by a computer virus(though he can fix it but he needed his backup body to avoid being disabled entirely).
The other Lostbelt Kings have their fair share of flaws but in the context of getting shit done, QSH is in a whole ass league of being a complacent fool.
The Yammosks (creatures mainly used by the Yuuzhan Vong as coordinators during battles to send orders to other spacecraft) could coordinate the entirety of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion force to nearly the degree of a perfect hive mind. Their armor and swords were capable of stopping lightsabers. Their weapons could melt the hull of a Mandalorian ship like butter, and for shielding they created singularities. They could also use these to mimic an Imperial Interdictor and drag ships out of Hyperspace, with the added bonus of everyone on that ship being knocked unconscious. They controlled their ships by directly interfacing with their ship's minds. The Yuuzhan Vong had a huge technological advantage over the Galaxy. Yuuzhan Vong cannot be sensed or directly affected by most Force abilities, with certain abilities like Force Lightning being the exception.
Shimrra the Supreme Overlord, the greatest of the Vong and the embodiment of Yuuzhan Vong god, Yun-Yuuzhan. His power is something that Luke could not fathom and compared him to Palpatine. Was able to deflect a saber throw from Jacen and even one-shotted Jacen with a bitch slap. Also battered Luke with his amphistaff.
Man, I can see why people hyped up the Yuuzhan Vong now after so many years...
Feels more like Warhammer than Star Wars and yet, somehow fits perfectly.
