I think is because since LB3 is one of the weakest if not the weakest , they wank it just to lower FGO powerlevel , like these people really believe that Aizen can solo FGO because the verse is nerfed as shit en SB , for example the Sperg named Siriel says that OG Round table can solo LB6 ignoring that Melusine can solo most of them and Morgan can shot 12 Rhongomyniad.

Honestly, is there any reason why SB seems to love LB3 the most? QSH isn't the best king. Morgan, Skadi even Zeus are all better, more competent kings than him. The only kings that are worse than him are Junao (because Limbo) and Kukulkan (mainly because despite being LB king she doesn't do any ruling at all, being born very recent)
Who am I kidding, this is the only site afaik that still defends LB6 fairies despite even majority of Tumblr and Twitter believes that they need to go

China emperor is basically a giant super computer in form of a giant wall in the space and his terminal is said to be Grand level , the problem is , he as a high tier character , has nothing more than high stats and some minor hax , he can´t wipe out the surface or destroy the planet with thunders like the other LB King , i really think that Ivan is over him.
Also just like some users said in other pages , Qin is by far the most incompetent LB King , you literally can plot against him and he will do nothing because yolo i am perfect.

I believe we have a list on where the Lostbelt Kings stand in the Nasu Thread and last I remember, QSH even in his Holy Form is like dead last, even compared to Skadi. And Ivan gets slept on ultra hard despite the bullshit he got from Caenis comparing him to Zeus.
Hell, I even believes that Woodwose alone is enough for KoTR seeing he's inherited authority of one of the six fairies, making him comparable to TA ad well as being the one that defeats Vortigern as King of Mors.
