I would honestly say let her go and move on. Talking from personal experience, it can be difficult to separate personal from professional. I understand the allure for sure, falling for it myself more than once, but I have not found it to bring many positives or be productive. You deserve someone who won't make things complicated for you; you shouldn't be tormenting yourself or being indecisive if she was actually worth it. My advice would be to find a way to respectfully tell her that it's time for you to move on, and while she may be a wonderful person, the situation is too complicated to feel good about it. Hopefully she will understand and the two of you will be able to find a way to keep working side by side in a professional way.

Like my gut tells me this new 'meta' of his comes from him being wolf and not town. If Tpein is wolf, Ultra and Vinegar could be town, and they were just his mate and host last game, so Tpein might want to switch things up as wolf because of that. Not to mention Pokemon as well. I also didn't like how he took a bit of heat for the new meta and then dipped, that reminds me of his Pokemon play. So yeah, a few things going for this slot that I don't like.
