one possibility is rugrat failed a kill on a bulletrpoof target / bodyguard protected target / commuter and then thought he was blocked so is claiming no result
there r other possibilities so we cant be 100% certain but nothing so far from flipped scum explains the 2 blocks n3 which leads me to think hes lying about it

why is the card delivered start of night btw. if that was the case mafia can rly use it to tell sk who to shoot
actually for anyone that read day 5 where tpein was lynched, which im sure was most of you, someone should have maybe clued into the fact that tpein wasn't even aware who the masons were. as in he thought it was X with someone besides ral. if it was a teammate he would have been aware. would have been a very helpful point at the time!
Hence why I'm letting discussion play out
It's impossible to predict because for me I want a cohesive solve
Without ISOing and delegating others to do some of the heavy lifting I can't give a confident prediction
