The Daizenshuu never stated such a thing. That is based on Weekly Jump listing Piccolo Daimao at 260 while Kami is only 220. However the Weekly Jump doesn't provide a context, so it's hard to tell if it is a mistake or not. If we'd like some way to write off Kami's allegedly-erroneous 220 power level from that Jump chart, we could always say that since it's from the Saiyan arc like most of the other numbers on there (Popo as well, possibly being so high from training with the humans), then maybe his power had degraded somewhat since back then. He could have been like a 300 to Piccolo and Goku's 250 at the time. People can get weaker over time, especially ancient and somewhat decrepit folks like Kami.

I think they might have based it on Kami's assessment he was going to die within the next year

That Toriyama proceeded to forget about after reviving Piccolo (to be fair, he left the door open for Kami to have it be about Piccolo biting it due to the Saiyans OR him dying of old age)

I digress though

Kami got weaker while Mr Popo powered up to 1,030 (makes sense, he was the one who trained the humans not Kami, so Popo effectively trained with them)

These power levels came out during the Vegeta fight (that’s why Vegeta’s power level is listed at “Impossible to Measure”)

23rd BT Goku’s official power level is listed at 910. It doesn’t elaborate if it’s for the Super Kamehameha or not, but I think that’s clearly meant to be the case. The Super Kamehameha against Raditz was over 924

That solidly let’s him scale to Piccolo’s Moon buster

BoZ Goku isn’t much stronger than 23rd BT Goku

Kid Goku/King Piccolo was 260. BoZ Piccolo was 322

There’s only a 23% power difference there, and we know Kami is stronger than King Piccolo but still weaker than 23rd BT Piccolo. That means the gap between 23rd BT Goku/Piccolo and BoZ Goku/Piccolo wasn’t very big

We’re discussing Monaito to Flayk and Monaito at 213 isn’t exactly far up the food chain

But yes, obviously the Super Kamehameha with if taken at that level should outmatch what Piccolo can fire without charge

Not much else here worth considering looking at later. Mecha Freeza's lone feat was a generic AOE explosion. Android 20's Bionic Punisher is a generic set of explosions. Piccolo's Ki Blast vs Imperfect Cell was similarly generic in Ginger Town. I have no fucking clue how to even try gauging Android 16's Hell's Flash. Like, whatever volume it effected, it was out of sight and underground. Perfect Cell's Kiai vs Gohan was lesser to look at than the one against Goku on account it just broke the rock formation rather than pulverize the ground. No real need to cover Semi-Perfect Cell's Self Destruction either.

This is mostly a place holder (ergo, no blog) for when I get around to this shit (who the fuck knows when, Bleach still has a few of those "To Be Determined" feats in bold and all :maybe). Uploading the scans takes the longest amount of my time, might as well get that out of the way shrugs

Can't really think of anything else super notable to gauge for Majin Buu's Arc. Bullet catching for Super Saiyan Gohan is a neat bit feat, but a bit feat it is. Super Saiyan 2 Son Goku and Majin Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta collapsing mountains/rock formations in the distance with their shock waves is nice, but not really easy to measure. Super Buu's Jinrui Zetsumetsu Kōgeki lacks a meaningful time frame, though it was likely short given context. Guess you have these feats for Mr. Satan?
