Should be comfortably if you can scale Monaito to that one Cerealian in Super nuking their own moon given Monaito was sitting around 213 at full power IIRC. You just need to determine if Monaito should scale based on his performance given the Cerealian was one shot like fodder by base Saiyans weaker than an early Bardock.

Which I guess brings back the discussion of earlier feats shrugs

Respective to part 1 tier feats that function at that level, you have Roshi as the original, Kami or Shenron restoring the moon, and this jackass from Super in a flashback possibly to string together before you reach Piccolo post-Raditz.
