It shouldn't happen until DBS is well and done or unless they incldue heroes/xenoverse stuff or unless they don't put Superman as high as characters like Green Lantern/Flash. GB vs RF already established they think DC is billions of times above DBS, and unless they're liberal with scaling that should still apply. Using only direct/non-guesswork scaling got me to have UI Goku to only ~1.2 million times universal

70 million times above them, actually. Rewatch the video, the billion times thing was for our universe, not DB's. Even still, Goku has a solid uphill climb to go through. He also needs Toriyama and Toyotaro to stop wasting time with utter trash and give us something worthwhile. Last two arcs have been gutter trash, so I'm not too hopeful on that, lol.
 
IDK what universal feat they can use for Superman, basicallly any feat thrown around is usually out of context and bunk, but assuming they just say blanket universal that's 1,243,264,310x universal for Supes

Goku I already said the scaling chain:

  • Post-Absorption SSJ Goku would equal SSJG Goku in BoG who is 8x universal
  • SSJG vaguely > SSJ3 which is a 400x multiplier, post BoG SSJG Goku would be >64x universal
  • SSJB is going SSJ as a SSJG so 50x SSJG, or >3200x universal
  • Goku goes SSJBKKx10 to beat Hit, making him >32,000x universal as SSJBKKx10
  • Post-Zamasu he can beat Hit with just normal SSJB, so >32,000x universal as normal SSJB
  • SSJ Kefla beat SSJBKKx20 Goku, meaning she is >640,000x universal as SSJ form
  • UIO Goku > SSJ2 Kefkla, making UIO Goku >1,280,000x universal as UIO
Quite the gap to close

Not impossible, but at the rate Toriyama and his sad excuse of a successor are going at things, we ain't getting anything of quality from the manga, period. Unless you want to wank Granolah and say he has infinite speed for being able to react to IT before its completed the teleportation, which is hilariously shaky at best.
 
They have universe level GL, Flash, RF and even scaled Hellbat from Darkseid they’re gonna have Superman atleast at universe level quit bullshitting :catskully
