Though at least the case actually CAN be made for Omegamon scaling to the Holy Beasts though him harmed by attacks Imperialdramon Fighter Mode can survive still has me veering on the side of "he's closer to planet level than anything universal - multiversal" at least pre-Tri anyway.

No he most certainly CAN'T do ANYTHING that he wants, he has to work within possible futures and the only possible future for him here...is dying over and over because sadly Omegamon can't blitz and doesn't have a way to put him down and keep him down but still not gonna be a fun time for him.

In fairness I don't think he's saying THAT feat in-particular makes him mutliversal, just claiming it's better space-fuckery than anything in Bleach. Which it actually isn't given that punching/cutting through space is a think powerful Bleach characters can do. Ichigo destroyed a city-sized dimension just by powering up and Kenpachi cutting through space to get to Gremmy is pretty much exactly what Omegamon did in the movie.So, creating portals makes Omegamon multiversal?

Funny enough Digimon Adventure DOES have better space-fuckery feats than Bleach by a mile, it's just funny he chooses to gas up Omegamon shooting a hole in space when he scales to AtlurKabuterimon un-doing the spatial warp around Vamdemon's castle or MetalGreymon no-selling Dark Network Etemon's shit or, hm I don't know, SPIRAL MOUNTAIN.
What he doesn't seem to get is space-hax wouldn't stop Mustache from bringing himself back to life. He seems to think having ANY hax inherently would stop it, which is just silly.

- He literally just made a portal, him slashing is irrelevant (what he actually did was wave his hand). Which again is not something that's impressive by Bleach standards.
- That's a completely different Omegamon and it's explicitly NOT something which Adventure Omegamon can do. The kids need to do that for the Digimon using the digivices.
For example Tamers Dukemon needs Grani to fly while Savers/Royal Knight Dukemon can fly on his own.
It's almost like I didn't need to against Bleach AND base Omegamon scaling to Apocalymon is...questionable to say the least.

My last point does still stand though that nothing here suggest he had to cut through multiple layers of anything to get to the Digital World. The digital world itself being layered doesn't prove anything on that front.

Maybe, he is mixing Xross Wars lore too.
In the manga and Anime of Xross Wars, The Digital World was broken into 108 Zones. And the Zones are as big as our universe.

It's funny how these idiots praise modern Digimon for trying to give consistent lore, as if trying to retcon digital worlds that clearly weren't intended to be anything more than a single parallel universe (else Koushiro would have been corrected in the series itself and he never was) into layered multiverses does anything but create headaches for anyone trying to follow along.
It's one thing when you do it with newer series because that's the benefit of doing something new, but it doesn't work when you try to apply it to series that weren't written with it in mind.
