Am I missing something or is this just open scumming?
Admits to wanting to kill Ultra with both weak arguments and on the basis of a spite kill without actually playing the game, doesn't actually act on anything, not willing to say anything definitively, approaching it with an existing scum mindset of if it's worth it?

Okay, so not the entire POE is scum. That is a fact. There is likely 1-2 deep wolves. That is a fact.
Presuming that the watcher for instance were to claim, them getting rolecrushed or roleblocked is a loss; said loss, from my point of view, is not worth locking them into claims when chances are we will not be deciding allignments on said claims.

We cannot solve them by said claims, this was said in the OP, and attempting to do so is a bad idea.

the chance of PoE being scum is >>> being town. if you get a claim from scum u force them to play in a specify way. u deny them wiggle room to add more fake bs later. u deny sht like nibel's fake cop result later in the game

u put everything on the table and judge them by their future usages and who gets blocked/killed

if a watcher claims in PoE its fantastic. mafia r now forced to kill/block a PoE slot. if they dont, then the watcher has a high chance being scum himself, or outing mafia if he was town
