1) Regulus' ability is explicitly conceptual in nature

Yes Xhom we are not spacebattle here, spacebattle doesn't give a shit about canon and that is what you are doing to. You disregard a canonical information from a series when you don't like it especially if its against Fate, but if its for arguing in favour of Fate its fine. That is how Regulus power works, this is quite explicitly explained, if for example: at minute 1 there is no attack made towards him nor is he injured or taking any it and he lock himself in that time, at minute 3 he got hit by an attack, it won't matter as he still in the same condition he is at minute 1. You disregarding canonical power just because you don't like it is the same shit SB yap when they claim "MR NEVER RESIST TIME-STOP IN FATE THOSE EXAMPLES LIKE CRACK ICE AND BB WASNT TIME STOP" or "GAE BOLG NEVER SHOWN PENETRATING SOMETHING IT CAN'T PENETRATE, NO EVIDENCE!"
