I am convinced that Camazotz is a solid candidate to the tankiest character of the franchise , because the chad get blasted again and again with galaxy level attacks of 1 trillion celsius each one.

To be fair, Camazotz was obliterated and only lived due to basically being made functionally immortal and ORT had gained nothing that could pierce through Camazotz's Immortality at that point.
However, it's still something Camazotz was able to still continually hit ORT's main point over and over and over again perfectly for centuries or more without mentally giving out even a single time. People tend to give it to his tenacity but his mental fortitude is the stuff of legends.

And he has also a pretty high firepower output , ORT can regen faster than Excalibur dps and Camazotz still can pull a heart steal vs a stronger ORT.

MAYBE they're thinking of Cyber Sleuth where you have to gather the rest of the Royal Knights first before you can fight Examon but I don't know if Examon was amped in some way or not 'cause I haven't actually gotten that far myself?

Generally speaking though, the ONLY Royal Knight above Omegamon barring some sort of mode-change or X evolution shenanigans is Alphamon (IMP doesn't count, he's the founder not a member).

Jesmon and Ulforce are still generally below him outside of powered up states.
Jesmon GX is the strongest form any of the group have access to I believe, but Base Jesmon isn't that guy.

Examon is the strongest.

In his only appearance he annihilated all the royal knights in a weakened state. ouryuken or whatever doesn't matter.

And Examon now has an x-antibody form. Examon > all royal knights.
