Real talk, I'm not actually that opposed to a thunder dome here, because I think your play around me, today especially, is looking to swing for the fences, rather than any actual conviction on me. Especially for someone supposedly resigned to being lynched today, you'd think you wouldn't need to work up to it.

But before we get to that, I'd prefer to let the day settle first. Give everyone a chance to post. Also, want to see where Gad goes from here, because I think he's just been saying things to say them.

Bit of a random question, but sure. There wasn't much because he spent the first three days townsiding by hunting the other scum. Later on he became a bit too stuck on his positions as he was more invested in pushing the agenda he has constructed at that point. But I wouldn't say I caught him or anything like that.

As for why sus, just think it's funny. I think as scum you tend to pick up and parrot angles that you can see as pushable so wanted to see what you really thought. As far as Flower is concerned, I don't really think as scum she opens by antagonising Ultra, so at the very least, I don't think it's her Mafia v Ultra town.

I did watch the first film, but I don't remember much. Would say you could probably make some Indie out of the different factions or whatever.

I haven't quite vibed with what he's been doing so far. Can't put my finger on it, but it feels off. Not really sure why you are so convinced he's scum though.

I don't think anything he has do e is THAT alignment indicative. Guillo tends to shoot straight so I understand his thought progression, yours I don't.

Do agree with Ultra that Flower's confusion about how to play redirector is very fake, it's nonsense actually. I think I've started to get a bead on how to read Sparkles now, not enthused by her so far either.

Come on Flower. You can use your role as a pseudo tracker.

Pseudo. The main purpose of a town tracker is to track who makes a kill. That's the ideal target. So you just need to identify people that you think might kill, and redirect them to either your scum reads, or themselves.

I'm not saying you must use it night 1. I'm saying that you know how to use it. You didn't need to claim at all. Which I guess is probably townie as you obviously just looked for an excuse to claim.

I do think it's within Flower's MO as town to give a fake BS reason to get her claim out. The fact she did it early Day 1 is probably a sign she's town. Just selfish as usual.

I don't think this is entirely true.

Not really a fan of Ultra assuming she must be scum for it actually. Once I stopped to think it through, I've seen her work towards a deserved outcome (her claiming) and trying to build up plausible deniability for herself loads of times as town. She didn't claim until day 2 last game.

I wouldn't say I have a scum read on you, no. All I said was that I wasn't very enthused by your posts so far. Would still have you firmly Null.

Would also add that I feel worse about Ultra now than I did when I made the post. Didn't wrote the post well either, I think I understand better now how to read you (in the unranked game, I don't know if you read dead chat but I had you as town pretty early), so I'd like to see if you hit the notes that I've come to expect from town you. What I meant to say was that I wanted to see more, but it wasn't a great start. But I've shelved that in part now too.

It's not phoned in at all. I'll just lay out my considerations with you. You started in a way that I can best describe as feeling off, like you wasn't really settled and calm. Then I found myself nodding along with what you were saying, but as I was responding to Flower I got onto the train of thought that none of what she was doing was acrually scummy for her, and that I'd seen her do it as town lots of times before. So then that recontextualised your posts for me - I feel like you're jumping on things to suspect people for rather than really giving it due thought. Usually when you're town I can see your angle and that you've got some meat behind it with your thought process, here is looks almost obligational so far. And, selfishly here, in addition to the above, some early pressure on you I think will draw out behaviour that I can better read you from. If you're town, I ask that you trust I'll find you sooner or later, but I'm not there now.

I do and you'll hate me even more because, having read up to date, I think he's my strongest town read. I can see how he come across differently to Xmas, but think we have to consider Xmas differently as he was playing the long game there, by his own admission. Here he is very brazen, and no I do not agree with everything he has said or even most of it, but I do believe he can genuinely believe it. I'll elaborate tomorrow sometime if needed, but I don't have a logical basis for it.

Well that's what I'm saying to you, like that's the issue I had mainly. I agree, it is fake, there's no way she is asking because she doesn't know who to target. But you presented it as something that's scummy for her which it's not. Actually think it's more likely to come from her as town, because she's a selfish player who is not thinking about how to solve, but how to claim her role.

Your thoughts make more sense if you're trying to hold her to a standard rather than actually suspecting her for it. Will step back for a bit to see where you go next.

I'm feeling Ekko. Don't like his defence if Aurelian at all because all he's done is try to marry his play to other slots (why him and not them). Beyond that, I want claims from the low posters and PoE. If Aurelian flips Town then I don't know, I'd have to re-read and see. Would probably defer.

Now hold the phone. If you'd read my posts, you'd know I saw behaviour from him that I have never seen from him as town. That's the case, that's the crux of the argument. The meta from last game is 1:1, and he claimed under me asking him, for nothing. There is nothing to evolve from there. So where are you getting this idea from that the argument doesn't really exist?
