Game Warcraft 3: The Full Story

Why do I need to have formed a solid conclusion less than a third of the way through Day 1? Is this a real thought? You don't see why I would want to engage with him from different angles to develop a read?
not talking to him, talking to others about him

Poyser only brought this up after he got some negative reception to his read just fyi

Think he tried testing the waters to see if he could get something going on X and then "remembered" that his behavior is in town range. Poyser's model of X's town play is that he aggressively and badly tunnels people, so I don't buy that he didn't consider this when he pitched the idea he was scum for suspecting Flower.

Not a fan of his angle on Prof either but dunno how familiar Poyser is with his play
what negative reception?

I can see prof being town and ratchet basically using him as an easy talking point here. I think the "is this a real thought" part of his last post was just in bad faith

Probably not as easy lol. Any paranoia is less about that and just general paranoia lol.

You’re not pushing any strong direction and in a bit of back seat would be more of the source
Makes sense. Would say it's not unusual though, it's early days still.

Why is that even remotely a problem? Helps me read him better and helps me read them too, also don't think I've done this all that often. Have mostly been actually defending my takes on his play when you have questioned why it leads to my belief.

Does it usually seem to end in a tie or no vote on the first day?
why did u ask this?

considering im pushing posyer far more than luka is how do u think that post aged?

flower made that post when i was catching up. i saw a good post by luka and said i agreed with his push on poyser, thats about it tbh
@.guillo @Flower did u guys respond to this? pls do if not

Well no, I ask because it's pretty asinine. You're posting as if I have to have a confirmed, hard read on his slot not even halfway into the first day phase, ignoring that my attempts are probably to help solidify that read. So ya, is it a real thought Poyser?

Except I didn't say that, you've just decided to frame it that way. What I actually said is you've posted about him a lot without really forming a conclusion and have done a lot of hedging. I didn't say you had to have a solid read, I said you're talking about him a lot for someone you don't have a solid read on.

also you read prof town?

Kinda. He's a bit soft I guess.

I don't really buy the framework that you're presenting as far as him cowardly throwing shade at you or whatever goes. Because he'd be aware of the basic premise that making an unsubstantiated push in your direction would cause a reaction from you.

Uh, your post:
It comes from thinking you seem to have talked about him a lot without ever really forming a solid conclusion, going back and forth, hedging etc. You seem to be fairly intimately familiar with him, so part of me thinks you feel like you have to talk about him as you'd be expected to because otherwise I don't really see the point of it
Emphasis mine.

Why is me not having a solid conclusion at this point even remotely an issue? You argue that you don't see the point of it, as if you don't understand why engagement would help me change that read from "unsure" to "solid conclusion". My problem here is that you basically outline why I'm spending posts on him, but act as if the idea is unknown to you in order tojustify it as scummy. Nothing you've outlined about my play here, is actually scummy. You haven't been able to tie it as such, anyway.

Like it's just nonsense, I'm almost always right on Prof which is why I want to be careful with the read. There is absolutely 0 urgency to have a clearly defined, strong read, this early in the game.
