You need twenty different statements of an attack being light speed straight from the MC's mouth, 100 characters referring to it as light speed, the narrator referring to it as light speed and have a community approved databook which states the attack is light speed.

It's already lost well at the very first part, the Nasuverse can be stated to easily be Multiversal, maybe moreso than the usual franchises... but this? This ain't it. Neither the Celestial Bodies nor The Moon Cell is "Hyperverse" level because again, they gone full ass deep in their Dimensional nonsense when Dimensions in the Nasuverse are the equivalent of just barriers that separate planes rather than planes of existence like in DC. Also, they can be pierced through or destroyed by an Anti-Sun NP depending on the barriers themselves(Doesn't mean they are Star tier).
Like the Celestial Bodies can handle and create potentially infinite timelines(though they need to be culled every 100 years but they don't actually disappear, the Universe still has them around, just the species itself won't see them till they evolve high enough), saying that shit... yeah no.
Bringing everything else into 1-A and beyond is just a joke, especially with the knowledge that stuff like the Throne of Heroes is outside Time and Space and not in the Universe at all, the "Swirl of The Root" is just a statement for how the Moon Cell can come off like a Mini-Root due to how much it observed the Earth from it's very beginnings and Void being Tier 0 despite her explicitly having limits like Manaka does.
