hayumi ripped the skates of pepe boi the most and her LHF list provably contained villas thus far (reminder, RDK and Cataclysm). her being so hard on pepeboi and him coming with a useless cop claim today is probably lock clearing, never ever kill him please

and don't get hung up on lethal / alexis unless we're flipping villas only until lylo

if these two conditions are met, we can still win with ease

Early Day 3 Analysis

Arne Slot, Boquise and Hayumi all die in the night. The three kills suggest that a third-party Serial Killer is likely in play.

Icl I disengaged a bit on Day 2, seeing all the subs along with the sheer volume of posts just made me a bit overwhelmed

Hime's Early Day 3 Response

Hime's immediate response feels NAI to me, although I'd already had a strong town lean on Fuji and Hime hasn't done anything sus for me to change my mind on that slot

On Stick's Reads

Stick is someone I was planning to revisit as I was starting to feel less confident in them for their mid to late Day 2. That said I actually agree with most of their reads, the main one I disagree on of the players still alive is Lethal, who I am getting increasingly sus on (more on that later in this post) and I don't really understand the borderline PoE read on Atsumori or Boquise (although the latter one doesn't matter as much with Boquise dying last night).

The question on why LappLand didn't doc Arne is one I don't really understand, but maybe I just missed something. Can someone update the role claims so far? Because I don't remember LappLand claiming

This admitting to angleshooting just rubs me the wrong way. It's against the spirit of the game and along with the attacks on Alexis, it's making this game increasingly unenjoyable to play.

I'm half-tempted to just lynch LappLand on principle

I don't agree with this, I've mentioned how I have got a bit more sus on Jay23 in Day 2. The way they're so focused on LappLand and not making much analysis (from what I recall) on anyone else has me feeling like at least one of Jay23 and LappLand are mafia.

'Like we can assume Hayumi was shot by Arne. Arne was scumreading Hayumi and townreading me

So i assume arne is a mafia kill and hayumi is arnes kill

i kinda doubt mafia has an extra vig, i could be wrong, because Sk is site standard from what I was told last game (something to the effect that every mafia game needs a sk)

So I am just gonna assume the sk killed boq' - LappLand talking about mech. This feels NAI, although I'm a bit sus on LappLand for other reasons

'Aurelian needs to go today imo unless they rly town it up' - from Stick. I agree with Aurelian being a good lynch for today, although right now my biggest FoS is Lethal

LappLand gives the defence 'he did say "i am starting to townread you" midday around the time we started talking about video games'. I would go back to Arne's read post and say that we shouldn't lynch in the players he towncored

blatant misrepresentation of all my posts, the people village reading me mysteriously got nightkilled or subbed out and now he thinks he can go hogwild

i will write a larger case post by post later, that he thinks stick is outed sk who normally get a bp but also have their own factional, but rather focuses on me when its straight up -ev from a villa pov to not lynch the outed sk, showcases how little he actually thinks about the game

it is very much a scum strategy
typically town does not hunt an sk early game bc it is significantly harder to do so
since an sk is unpaired, they r going to exhibit some traits that just don't fully align with their scum meta

hunting scum is what town usually does first until scum numbers dwindle quite a bit

right now, we just got our first scum flip
it makes much more sense from a townie pov to go look thru hayumis posts for their mates

as scum, it makes more sense to immediately sk hunt after a scum flip so that u can appear as if u r busily scumhunting while also distracting and shifting the focus off of actually trying to find mafia

meh, the way hayumi was playing doesn't indicate a PoE type of wolf team to me

she was very adamant about pushing low posters / LHF and a wolf with partners like that would be weary / scared of doing that because what happens when you get rid of the LHF villas and your partners remain? it's an awkward spot to be in and she was going hardcore at LHF, both pepeboi and rdk. this gives me the feeling there's at max 1 wolf that was lower on the radar, if that makes sense

lappland fits with hayumi, aurelian could be one based off arne's read and him dipping off a cliff and especially if he likes interacting with his partners because him and hayumi were doing a lot of interacting, mostly him towards hayumi.

i still feel safer with lappland than aurelian, it feels counterintuitive to me to flip yet another LHF when all of them flipped villa thus far and hayumi was going balls deep in pushing them
