Has access to literally every other version of herself, and was even doing things like slamming planets into each other when she fought her mother. As well as switching between realities, and distorting the current reality she was in into other ones. Only people who stand a chance against her? Are going to need the Infinity Gauntlet with all six stones.

And only the What If version of Ultron really stands a chance, and even then I am not sure he could stop her from simply transforming the Infinity Stones into Made in Taiwan versions of themselves.

Iirc though. She can't just go to a universe that doesn't have a version of her. So if the version she's inhabiting in one universe gets completely destroyed/absorbed/whatever else, isn't it a stalemate at best? Since she'd no longer have any way of continuing the fight.
And before even getting to What If Ultron, there's Dormammu. What's she going to do to Dormammu exactly? Dormammu can just straight up absorb other dimensions/universes into the Dark Dimension. She destroyed all versions of the Darkhold throughout the MCU's infinite multiverse at the end of the movie. So why couldn't she do the same with Jobu Tapaki? Since just like the Darkhold no matter how many versions of her there are they still are finite as there are plenty of universes were she was never born or died young or whatever else.
Jobu Tupaki's hax is great don't get me wrong. But not good enough to make up for their lack of DC/Durability if she's going against the MCU's god tier.
All universes have a version of her. Even if it's a rock or a pinata. Alternate versions of her include literally anything.
Can actually transfer/transform things between universes, and simply swap that dead version of Joy with a live one. Of which there are an infinite number of them. She also transported the Everything Bagel to Evelyn's universe.
He has not done this against an entire multiverse before, and that's what he would need to do. In order to absorb Jobu Tupaki.
The Darkhold can't even defend itself. It's an inanimate object. Jobu Tupaki is a cognizant reality warper that's constantly aware of everything that's happening throughout the entire multiverse. In other words she is able to defend herself. Also, I mentioned before? There is a version of her in every universe. Including ones that are not even human beings, or even animate. Even if Joy isn't born in some universe she instead exists as something else entirely. Say the rock or pinata example, or even as drawings on a piece of paper. As well as there being an anime version of them. There is a version of Joy that's even a planet. However, like Evelyn she can change the rules of those universes and animate them.
Able to transform whatever reality she is into a different universe, and transform whatever reality she is in into whatever she wants. The only person who could actually hurt her had the same powers and abilities that she had.
