There's nothing funnier than seeing Overlord fans state that Ainz can get his "Time Stop + Grasp Heart" combo on people who:

1. Can keep up with Cyborgs that react so fast that Rain freezes when they are "in the zone"
2. Can literally fucking teleport and have access to guns that can effortlessly blast through Ainz
3. Can literally fly in fucking space and catch up to FTL+ Cruisers no problem
4. Is literally in the world where Magic can allow you to stop time for specific individuals or whole groups of enemies AND has a multitude of Instant Death spells... and enemies can no sell that shit.

What a goddamned joke.

This is despite also giving all the characters from the game world mystical inventories of ludicrous size. (Only characters/creatures from yggdrassil get inventories as well, peasants/godkin/anything from new world has to carry there shit the old fashion way)

Also the way it's described makes it seem like the weight function wasn't actually that useful to player, as ainz states they were mostly used just to organize inventories.

Remember that there is 3-4 spells in FFVII that calls down THE GRIM REAPER HIMSELF for the Death proc to work... and it does not work on any of Sephiroth's incarnations. :jordangif


So is Lord drakkon and his regular state or one of his upgraded forms well it really doesn't matter cuz he can't hit Gojo. like literally the only way I see him winning is if he teleports Gojo using his sword.

round two though ironically Rita has monsters that have the abilities to beat Gojo.

But even if Drakkon doesn't have that... why do people on this terrible ass forum still wank Infinity like it's some huge deal? I mean, they do it with Mahoraga(Whose Adaptation is just shit all around that is only literally held together if you can't kill it's weak ass instantly), Dismantle and Cleave, Toji and Maki, etc. etc. but Infinity already has a multitude of weaknesses in it's own series, including just being able to move faster or be stronger than Gojo's thought processes can allow:

Which Lord Drakkon would have in spades due to having alone:
  • The full power of the Green Ranger Medallion
  • The full power of the White Ranger
And both of those are beyond Gojo's ability to do shit with.
EDIT: And a reminder, this is BEFORE we talk about Lord Drakkon literally becoming one with the Morphin' Grid itself... which is a Multiversal constant and the reason why the Rangers are Rangers.

More because they think because he took his powers from pre-Saitama powerup Cosmic Garou, that somehow makes Empty Void on Saitama Cosmic Garou mode which was not how that works....

And yeah, they are most likely going full stupid over a Space Manipulator and think that somehow REALLY upgrades characters.

There are sixteen novels, 12 cannon audio dramas, a 2 part prequel/intro released with the anime, a what if novel, and a bunch of side material the authors released exclusively in japan that never got fully translated. (Im still looking for the world of 2138 booklet that was released alongside some overlord event that goes into detail about the world ainz comes from) And the authors kinda a jerk who randomly drops things in one off sentences you'll never hear about again.

If anything, that makes Ainz weak as shit in the grand scheme of things but this somehow means Ainz is supposed to be stronger than a typical DnD Monk? In what Universe is that the case?!

EDIT: Also, if anything, it further shits on the fact that beings in Overlord are meant to be threats to Ainz and Nazarick when it really shows... they aren't. So how the fuck are we supposed to see that Ainz and his entourage is supposed to be some grand powerhouse other franchises need to beware of... when the people he's virtually bullying are the equivalent of ants?

TBF thats the bare minimum it takes to overcome his innate damage nullification. Though health in overlord is pretty weird in of itself. I literally have no idea how much "Damage" a high level character takes to kill.
