Gojo's instincts were also good enough to tell that Kenjaku was not Geto despite the fact that the disguise was complete enough to fool the Six Eyes. Sukuna is perfectly capable of matching him in CQC.

Uh... that's because Gojo KILLED Geto, no shit he was able to tell that someone else was piloting Geto's body, not that he knew it was Kenjaku...

Actually he does, he always explicitly sees his opponent's powerlevel and keeps himself at that level at all times. The thing is though he only does it just once and it's why he lost to Artoria and Shirou respectively in differing routes due to them basically adding on new tricks he wasn't aware of at that time.
