OBD Convo #59: RealxEyes

People calling Jordynne a "roided-up botch machine" and acting like she's "a dangerous worker" makes me sad 'cause I know she's a lot better than she's shown in NXT so far.

I mean she basically dropped Giulia flat on her head twice in this match. I know people were saying Giulia's used to stiff bumps because STARDOM so maybe Giulia asked her to do it but still, those both looked bad. The one's Giulia did to Jordynne looked better because she's used to that style. Not to mention that, when Giulia kept fighting without any heel shenanigans, it had the knock-on effect of getting the crowd behind HER when she's supposed to be the heel here.

Jordynne needs to redeem herself hard in this title match with Vaquer at battleground. We need the Juggernaut that put on one of the best women's matches I've ever seen at Bound For Glory 2024, basically carried TNA for that entire year and consistently stole the show, not whatever the hell this has been.

Here is a list from random PS1 and PS2 era JRPGs. I was tempted to put Yuna at 1, but the others in my opinion were even bigger assholes.

1. Krelian (Xenogears): Lost someone he loved and decided the world was broken. So, he manipulates entire civilizations, causes mass death, and tries to create a fake god to replace everything. He thinks love can only exist in perfection, and perfection means he controls everything.
2. Luca Blight (Suikoden II): He burns villages, kills civilians, and enjoys every second of it. He sees people as pigs and believes the strong should destroy the weak. There’s no deeper motive, just blood, hate, and madness.
3. Nicolai Conrad (Shadow Hearts: Covenant): Starts out as a helpful exorcist priest. Then curses Yuri, betrays Karin and eventually everyone, fuses with a demon, and calls it salvation. Uses people like tools and believes only power can save the world.
4. Zera Innocentius (Grandia II): A high priest who secretly wants to destroy the world by awakening a dark god. Lies to everyone, uses religion to control people, and thinks humanity is too weak to survive on its own.
5. Romeo Guildenstern (Vagrant Story): He thinks killing people is justified if it brings about divine order. Wants to use dark magic to bring “purity” to the world, and doesn’t care how many die. He believes destruction is holy.
6. Yuna (Breath of Fire IV): He’s a scientist who experiments on people like they’re lab rats. Kidnaps innocents, turns them into monsters, and shows zero emotion. Says it’s all for progress.
7. Melzas (Alundra): Pretends to be a god while secretly invading people’s dreams and driving them mad. Turns a peaceful village into a place of fear and death, all while hiding behind fake holiness.
8. Mother (Wild Arms): An ancient being who wants to destroy all life just because she can. She controls others, mocks you, and sees living things as insects. No goals, just destruction.
9. Lynx (Chrono Cross): Steals Serge’s body, lies to everyone, and plays with time and identity. Serves a higher power but clearly enjoys hurting people.
10. Levant's Village Elders (Jade Cocoon): They know the world is falling apart but keep secrets from Levant. Instead of helping, they act wise and expect a teenager to fix everything alone.
