From a gameplay perspective no Sekiro still has the best gameplay that Miyazaki has cranked out so far, up there with bloodborne and the rally mechanic. It's a fun souls-like and it addresses some of the walls newer players might have coming into a game like it. If you liked NIOH you'll like Wo-Long
It's fun it has sekiro style deflect mechanics but it suffers from the classic team ninja dogshit for the sake of bullshit game design pitfall It's prob the most accessible souls-like game they've put out and the character customization is NIOH 2 tier The drip is pretty good too and I genuinely liked what they did with Lu Bu story wise Def worth a playthrough when you get some extra cash and have some extra time to burn
yeah the CV DLC was dogwater I never got it despite it giving you some good codes+weapons because it was so turbo-dogshit Mostly been playing Wo Long and Wild Hearts
Funny part is I just attributed the changes to the change in staff God Eater team took over for this game which explains a lot of the decisions they made
Because it's not tales it got rid of co-op despite co-op literally breaking the game because of the boost strike system MUH QTE'S MUH DODGES It was just bitching for the sake of bitching It got to the point I had to mute and deafen the guy server wide because he literally would not let people talk about the game without having a fucking psychotic breakdown
Arise felt like such a breath of fresh air it's actually unreal I think the final portion of the game is a bit rushed and the 4 wedge bosses shouldn't have been relegated to sidequests but holy shit the characters hard carried that game so hard. Funny since I have someone I know that absolutely hates the game and was literally grinding his teeth to powder when me and my virginia buds would discuss the game and how much fun we were having.
