Like always, we ignore the dimensional tiering nonsense. The only things that are infinite are the infinite mazes and the infinite gates on the layers/floors of the Underworld, which are pocket dimensions.

It's low multiversal, I think. Mastema creates a replica of the 27 layers of the Underworld, Gabramelek creates his own universe and 12 parallel universes, and God creates the Soul Cartel universe (via the Human World and the Underworld).
