Yeah, that’s comics lol. I will say as one of the mainstay Fantastic Four villains he’s pretty consistently around their level at least. At times he can completely overwhelm them (especially with the Elementals). Somewhere between Herald and Skyfather tier. He might’ve reached Skyfather tier had enough time passed, the Destroyer Armor had the potential to absorb that much energy from all the gods.

I think Anno’s pages would just either be blank or any sections identifying Akira would be crossed out/redacted. Regardless 2 of the scenarios I made it so Rohan only has to beat the Anno Un Avatar to win.

As for whether or not Anno can see Rohan's Stand, I would imagine Soul Calibur might allow for that? Being able to see and manipulate souls with it, and Stands being manifestations of the soul and all.

Sure. Anno primarily utilizes an artifact called G-Liner. A pen which can create anything the user can imagine and draw in the air, though only one thing at a time per user (with it being a bit of a loophole that Anno himself was created by Akira Kuno with G-Liner as a Stand-In for him to interact with the world without his negator ability Unknown interfering, so Anno can create one thing without it counting as Akira just creating two). Things Anno has created with G-Liner range from a Guillotine, Andy's arm which he proceeded to graft onto himself and show Andy a new move/different way to use Undead with Volcano Bullet , an Airplane, UMA Autumn's claw arm which can change anyone it stabs into a book , and lastly a different Artifact called Life is Strange which controls time to age someone else a by a set amount of years in exchange for aging the user ten times that amount . This last usage did however cause the G-Liner pen to break but somehow only the Anno Un Avatar...

Not to take away from Nico (he did have some pretty good showings against Andy in their fight) but I doubt the battle against UMA Language in the past loop was a physical one. She was just about to say in the current chapter they’d face off in the ultimate “game”. And given how Unforget was essential to beating her the previous time I’d assume it was some kind of trivia/knowledge check.

Union's getting access to not just some of the Soul stuff we got a preview for with Andy (Fuuko now making a Soul Unluck Bullet and being able to see UMA Beast making soul chains to control animals). But they can on some Avatar State shit connect with the past users of their Negation abilities and strengthen their own negation as a result. This allowed Haruka to make an Unbreakable robe for Top to use that was greater than even UMA Beast's copied Unbreakable armor (even though Beast's copied unbreakable was earlier a perfect match for Haruka's because by "eating" a piece of her he also retained the memories/experience to use the ability properly that even Billy's Unfair couldn't copy).
