True Unfortunately, Kiku is written for Wano arc and that arc is shit plot and pacing wise so she suffers in terms of writing because of it (then again Yamato is also written for Wano arc and I don't know why fans like her and wants her to be the 10th Straw hat member, personally even Kizaru is preferable for SH 10th member than her) Though Wano arc is basically wet dream for power scalers out there. You forgot 00, G and Age And UC can be split to Early UC (0079 to Hathaway flash) and Late UC (F91 to V gundam). Though Bandai only mostly focused on Early UC for anime
