I've lived in NJ going on three years now and they have yet to summon me, but I have gotten a jury summons from NY a few times even though I already replied to their last letter saying that I no longer reside in NYC lol. It ultimately varies from state to state I believe cause that's the kind of state (🥁) we're in now.

I was registered to vote when I lived in NY and I did vote during the last presidential election, but as soon as I moved to NJ and had to get a license, I didn't bother to register to vote here lmao fuck that jury duty shit :skully

So/so, pretty much them getting on the bandwagon of these types of card games purely for the cash grab I honestly think.
