I don't agree with Poyser fully, in that I think the players lynched share some of the culpability where it's fair, but I can already see you've taken nothing from this game. You can't really blame people for making it hard when you refuse to take on board any opinion that isn't your own, you play town like you're a solo act. It's not the misread per se. I'm actually glad hime brought up the respect thing because it's actually a complete lack of it - being accused of needing to lurk as if I've ever needed to hide away in scum chat is aggravating as fuck and the constant criticism I hear from these players when there is never any attempt from them to actually try and co-operate just makes me not want to bother at all. If I made this comment on them, players who have actually done this, I'd be met with the same frustrations I have now. It's whatever, I've said more than enough already. Next round etc etc.

You're talking about being busy - I've just moved house and we're short staffed at the busiest period at work - in this game she had the fucking temerity to suggest I wasn't doing anything so this whole "I'm busy" pass doesn't fly.

It's not just that though - the outcome being a loss is whatever, it's the contest. It would be one thing if the idiots were at least quiet about it, but instead they're the stubborn and loud ones that will never change. There's no improvement, it's just the same old story. You could have the same rand with the town stacked with roles and scum would still win because of these players.

I should have just checked out after that to be honest. It wasn't just the subbing out - she's the easiest read ever and her first posts in the thread were just obviously phoned in. I can appreciate it would suck for your team to be put in that position though, and am in support of some sort of ban or strike for it because it's not really acceptable.

I don't even care about being misread, I care about getting ignored/talked over/dismissed because players, you being one, can't comprehend how you're supposed to work together as a team - instead you just go against anything that's said because you can't get out of your own way. Then there are the ones who basically don't play. I have mo issues with actually losing this game. It was the way it was done - at least most of you get to say you were just outplayed. It's not fun though. Because the same idiots responsible for making it miserable will be back at it again next game with no difference. We've had a 6 month sample size here, it's not getting any better.
