Yo while I was trying to take videos and shots of the sky for the North American Solar Eclipse here in the Tri-State Area earlier this afternoon past 3:30 PM... Y'all have no idea how much I actually came THIS fucking close to nearly stepping on dog shit straight in the middle of the sidewalk near an empty site and field where an Armenian Senior Center or something used to be. Thank God my good ass shoes just narrowly avoided it and escaped what would have been absolute dirt and bacteria stuck on its soles just in the nick of time.

@King of time Like Pokemon and Digimon, I merely view the Yugioh franchise through a strictly nostalgic lens more than anything else. Tis but a relic of my Saturday Morning past and my grade school years. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Well if I feel like it, sure. I'd rather have another occasional new Yugioh movie (but the ending with Kaiba going back in time to face Atem himself in the past was the perfect cliffhanger to extend the epilogue of the original Yugioh series with, sooo eh...) Or just stick to playing the card game either physically or online if I can be arsed. Otherwise like I said, Yugioh is like a dead horse franchise to me. I have even less enthusiasm for it than that Pokemon franchise in its current state.

@Astaro @King of time Call me crazy or maybe just someone who's just getting old, but I've always been fully content with the original Yugioh anime or GX and maybe 5D and Zexal at most. Every other Yugioh sequel or spin-off series in the anime since then just kinda feels pretty redundant for me.

From what little I've seen of it back in my last year of college in 2012... Zexal was like passable I guess. I can't comment on the others, because I haven't watched them honestly since I haven't been paying any attention to Yugioh let alone its anime for over a decade.

I dunno, I just pretty much lost much interest in Yugioh a long time ago since the beginning of the 2010's or the end of the 2000's. Haven't watched the anime at all besides bits and pieces of Zexal and the last Yugioh movie from 2017 (which was the only last thing from the franchise that I enjoyed). Sorry, but the franchise is pretty much almost as dead to me at this point. Like almost as much as my interest in the Terminator films after Dark Fate. I'd rather watch Pokemon's anime at this point.

The next Avengers film is probably the only content in the MCU I'm even actually having enough energy or enthusiasm to look forward to at this point.

@Adamant soul In short, I believe the whole black nationalist conspiracy theories about how "all other non-African civilizations in ancient history are achsually black" is clearly bullshit for the birds.

Now I have no problem with blacks wanting to celebrate their own shared history and showcase whatever overlooked cultural contributions they made to the world... But to unironically claim that the default population of native indigenuous ethnic groups in Japan or anywhere in East Asia are somehow similar to people of Sub-Saharan African descent or with Negroid craniomorphological traits simply by virtue of possessing a darker skin complexion is just a straight-up dishonest lie and should be dismissed as nothing more than a racial pseudoscientific fantasy with little to no basis in reality or truth that shouldn't be taken seriously on any level or scale. And leave it at that.

Yugioh 5D was pretty much the last good or passable anime in the Yugioh series for me.
