so...was it ever figured out

yeah i don't see why a trial run can't be done just to see what comes about. still doubt it'll do anything to help quell beef between members but the alternative is dropping it and never knowing for sure. the only possible concern i can think of is that even just a trial run would have negative effects on the forum but if it's moderated well and issues are addressed once they pop up, that probably won't happen imo. at least not any long term effects

i don't think it would work as intended but i think it'd be funny.
